Mozilla largeness

A new job for mpt, in the same industry; internet cafes. He’s noting licensing issues with their current Windows desktops, and thinking of moving to Linux. However, he’s rejecting Mozilla and Phoenix as browsers; Mozilla because of his list of things wrong with it, and Phoenix because there’s too much browser chrome for their standard 800x600 desktop. Can I suggest a different Phoenix theme? LittlePhoenix looks pretty minimal, which maximises screen real-estate usage (one user says in comments that “the inability to get the chrome compact enough was actually one of the last things holding me back from switching back to Netscape/Mozilla.”). ——-

I'm currently available for hire, to help you plan, architect, and build new systems, and for technical writing and articles. You can take a look at some projects I've worked on and some of my writing. If you'd like to talk about your upcoming project, do get in touch.
