MediaWiki full-page text editing

Switch a page into "edit mode" where it looks like the ordinary page but is editable

Have a toolbar at the top of the page (fixed positioning so it stays at the top even when scrolling)

Draggable divs for positioning (?)

Insert Image on toolbar, which does a file upload to a CGI and then puts the image in the document at the cursor position
