DVD copier

Gtk app which copies a DVD.

Shows list of titles; titles are clickable to play in Xine/etc. Big "copy to a new DVD" button below.

Longest title automatically ticked. If the DVD is a DVD-5, automatically tick all titles.

If more than one title is ticked, automatically create a menu. (SHould copy existing DVD menu?)

Does all the work with my existing scripts.
