Manchester free software group talk, Feb 19th 2008

Tomorrow evening I’m speaking at the Manchester Free Software Group meeting: see their event page for details. I shall wave my hands a bit and chat about various things, including LugRadio and what I think about the way the free software community is, and start a discussion or two. See you there.

  2. Very good talk last night, I enjoyed it. I even think that you may have helped to convince my housemate (who I brought along to brainwas….. erm, enlighten on the values of FreeSoftware) to start using FreeSoftware more often. He still hasn’t dual booted yet!! Curses.

  3. Thank you for coming up to give the talk, very insightful. I’ve got my list of three things now and i’m off to harrass Nvidia.

  4. Just recalled the evening, and I wrote to Broadcom and Nvidia, plus to an Italian library that decided to publish some of their material under OOXML.
