		<description>If your friend is in the UK I believe he's supposed to notify the vendor that they've sent him goods he didn't order, and that they are at liberty to make arrangements to collect them from him. If they decide it's too much hassle to arrange collection, he gets to keep it. IANAL, etc.</description>

This comparison may not be the best, but we in the open source world certainly want people to do what is right with code, perhaps we should have the same kind of regard for the property of others.

		<description>AIUI there's no obligation to send any of them back or even pay for them. Your friend didn't ask for the extra stuff. The contract between them was for 1 $ITEM, not 2 or 5. So they should consider it a gift and say thank you to the supplier. :)</description>
