Neat. I submitted it to boingboing.net but they haven’t gone for it, still, who cares when you’ve got the national press watching you?
>>Am I now officially middle class?
hmmm, no, because your ginger, and its illegal or something…
Just kiddin ;)
Totally OT, but the other day when I was being thicker than normal, a particularly intense state of stupidity, I replied to your blog on rawdog http://www.kryogenix.org/days/2005/04/10/rawdog
saying I was using it without a database and that I didn’t get your post, when clearly you said that was one of the reasons for using it was it didn’t need a db… skip…
I googled for nordle, and that post came in at result 4 out of 1,800. Does google rank by stupidity now?
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=nordle&btnG=Google+Search&meta=
...skip… actually, bollox, I’ve just re-read your post, coz it was on the link, and I reckon I wasn’t being thick after all, quote:
“Joey Hess mentions the Rawdog aggregator, which is for setting up Planet-style sites. I normally use spycyroll for this (that’s what Planet Wolves uses, for example) because the idea of requiring a database to do this is just brain dead. It is. Don’t deny it. However, I think I might start using rawdog for that purpose in the future”
that paraphrases as Joey mentions rawdog which is for setting up planet style sites. I normally use spycyroll for this because the idea of requiring a database to do this is just brain dead….to me that implies that rawdog requires a database, especially when you say “to do this is just brain dead. It is, dont deny it. However I think I might start using rawdog… implies that, yes its a bummer that rawdog needs a db, but I’ll use it anyway..
haha I win, you lose, your command of the English language is shite!
mmmm I think I may have forgotten my medication today, damn I love Ritalin :)
