I think it&#8217;s not so much the tool as the mindset.  A lot of open source project pages give you detailed technical information about changes but don&#8217;t tell you what the project does.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Pages are okay,  but if you use categorized posts you have to be careful to go back to update old posts if the information has changed.  You cannot expect that a google searcher will know the information is out of date (or even that &#8220;old&#8221; material is still current).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
