Hallo Sil,

I tried to connect the Z (openzaurus 3.5.2) via K700i to the Internet as you dscribed it. But if hit “start” it does not get any further than modem is initialized. This I get with and without the K700i im reach. With the phone I can connect to the Internet just fine. Also Irda detection (Z to K700i) and data transfer (like beaming a contact) works also fine. Do I have to activate s.th. on the K700i?

You have to turn on IR on the K700i, but other than that I can’t think of anything that I did…the original link describes some stuff you have to do on the phone.

i do not think u r describing this in a correct way, and by the way, my problem is with the PPP, not add nor remove.
the dialling code could be 99#, or *99*#, i still do nto knwo and i am trying to figure this out.
by the way, when u see ppl asking questions, do not giv them ORDERS, even if ur confident of what ur saying, it might not be always 100% correct :)
good luck
