On usability

Again, if the interface doesn’t meet some preconceived notion of usability based on the user’s inevitable familiarity with Windows, it will be viewed as lacking usability.

  1. This web page is broken because I didn’t have to close several popups and havn’t been offered Viagra once!

Please remedy this situation at once.  As a top web developer I opened this page in frontpage (express) and noticed something called a ‘DOCTYPE’ at the top and references to .css files.  This is obviously the problem as I have never seen anything like this before.

FIX IT NOW! or I will tell all my friends that it doesn’t work! we are l33t haxors and will 0Wn y00 unless this is fixed today.

BTW glad to see you ditched the newspaper layout it was obviously more broken and I broke my finger trying to turn over the page.  My solicitor has been instructed to continue with the legal action and view this backing down as an admission of guilt.
