		<description>Oh, I think that it's an unachievable goal, certainly. Some things &lt;em&gt;are&lt;/em&gt; inherently complicated, and no flashy interface on them will help. But there is so, so, so much that could be fixed, and so much that &lt;em&gt;is&lt;/em&gt; easy but is made complex by computers. Don's point is the ultimate (and unreachable) goal, not somewhere he expects to get to by 2005 or anything, I think :)
