Some things <em>are</em> inherently complicated, and no flashy interface on them will help. But there is so, so, so much that could be fixed, and so much that <em>is</em> easy but is made complex by computers. Don's point is the ultimate (and unreachable) goal, not somewhere he expects to get to by 2005 or anything, I think :) Oh, I think that it’s an unachievable goal, certainly.
