hi to all, i'm from italy, i have a 16v turbo coupè, and i am very very happy of my choice! the engine is better of the 20v turbo because it's the same of the delta integrale engine! it's much like but much like and easily upgradable with a little money.it has much torque at all range of funcionality because has the garret T3 instead of a garret t28 much little.tested 16v turbo with standard 195 hp : 0-60 mph = 6.7 / 6.8

a consideration, 16v turbo and 20v turbo are both special and fantastic supercar! 20v better plastic and much new (sorry for my english) 16v turbo much potentially inside for create a monster engine with a poor money spent ;) and the sound of the integrale.

bought 20v coupe in may 2005 ,great car utill i had ago in 20v turbo awsome performance so i just had to have one so now proud owner of green p reg with dump valve sounds brill.

Bought one in november, engine blew up and just got it back £2700 later, but i still love it. great cars 20v turbo, just want to drive it all the time

Hi all I have 1998 20v turbo had it for 3 years no problems till now has any one heard of this problem from cold start fires first good idel then after about 30 sec it smokes badley or about 2 mins then is fine runs weel good performance no back pressure I have been told it might be the turbo seals can any one here help?

The Fiat Coupe 20v turbo is a vastly underrated car by the majority of people. It takes the smile of a BMW 330 owner when u fly past!

i had a broom yellow Coupe 16v...was a brilliant car and considering i was 21 when i had it, it was a car that everyone was impressed by...although fellow rugby mates nicknamed it the "cheese"..

i moved on to a 205 gti..love that to bit but wanted another coupe..so when looking a came across a Lancia Delta HPE HF Turbo!! its gorgeous...it has the same engine as a 16v Turbo coupe..so im sticking with italian but changing slightly...But without a doubt the Coupe is the best Sports car for the money

hey guys i've got a 20v t, and i've got it for 6000 euro, i'm in love with this car for just 5000 more i'm now the proud owner of a 400bhp beast...the only thing though is that i can't drive it daily, so i'm considering to decrease the power...after some racing i realised that no stock lambo or ferrari can keep up. i think it's the best investition i've ever made

What the hell has being Ginger got to do with any thing.

I had a 20v Turbo, yes it can go from 0-60 in 5.9 sec, but make sure you hold on tight to the steering wheel when you wanna do so else it will get swing left & right uncontrollable since it is a front wheel drive.

I have one 20V turbo... with very little work you can gain a lot more hp's ;-) replace the original injectors with bigger ones, put in a hi-flow airfilter and replace the original computer with a racing computer... no need tot put in a lot of monney to get a supersportscar faster than most porches :p *****

Hi, im a proud owner of a bright blue 20vt and was wondering whether or not I can fit a normal dump valve to it for silly "whoosh" noises on gearchange! The original is re circulating and i'm not sure if it will affect the performance.

P.s Is anyone else chewing through front tires at an alarming rate :)

Hello Tom, Coupes distroy tyres I've read that fronts should last 9000 miles but thats just not the case 4 or 5000 is about the norm watch your tyre pressures and have the tracking looked at every time you buy new rubber....... scotty.

tom, i have an aftermarket blow-off valve installed on my coupé, it doesn't affect the performances, it just sounds cool :-)

Does anyone know why my coupes misfires and loses performance every now and then. It dont happen at specific times just randomily when im driving. Injection warning light comes on and turns off when this occurs. Its a beutiful car... in(Broom yellow) and i really wanna keep it but i really wanna find the problem because i want to fix it to sell it. (Can't afford to run it as im now a student...again). Misfires occur for many reasons..some serious,some not.I Would have somebady take a wee look at it though,Could be injection problem---thats not so good--could be sticky plugs.

i had a97 sprint blue coupe 20v turbo.i kept the car for 6 years the longest i have ever done.this was the best car i have ever had and made the biggest mistake of my life when i sold it.i now drive a bmw 645ci acar with no soul.if anybody i speak to about cars they always laugh when i say i would go back tomorrow if i could find new one.

usually if they loose oil pressure it if because the oil radiator pipes rust through and spray oil everywhere. It a fairly common fault as the pipes site in the undertray and it gets ful of crap. Google for Fiat Coupe Forum where there is lots of advice on these wonderful cars

I bought a 1998 Red 20v Turbo in Nov. 2006 and fell in love with the car. The gear lever was stiff and felt as if the gate was at an angle but I was prepared to put up with it. When a front brake pipe collapsed I asked the mechanic to check out the gear change and it turned out that a linkage pin had seized near the gearbox end under the battery tray. With this fixed the gear change feels sweet like a new car. My coupe has just hit 96000 miles and is still going strong and fast.

I thought it was going to rip off my face at one point — tickle the accelerator slightly and it’s doing eighty. Oof. You may take the smug “my car is faster than yours” look as read. Can’t wait!

Hi there just bought a Green 20vt Coupe. amazing power. Fastest car i ever owned was a Mazda RX7 twin Turbo 450 BHP but u could go past a garage without stopping for gas lol. Scotlands roads are great but gotta watch the corners.. very windy :p

Anyways started Fiat earlier and injector light stayed on and fan came on?? but i turned off engine started up again was then fine.... what do you guys think... just a one off? i hope so as realluy like car its a 97 with 74,000 on clock and cost £1250 only.
