'Bring Them On,' Bush Says to Iraq Attacks (via J. Grant) (sort of registration required):

"There are some who feel like that conditions are such that they can attack us there [Iraq]," Bush told reporters at the White House. "My answer is bring them on. We have the force necessary to deal with the situation."

And furthermore, now the US Government have put a $25m bounty on Saddam's head. Go for it, Mr Bush! Teach those damned towelheads a lesson!

You fucking gung-ho lunatic.

Do these rewards actually work? I mean they may have done in the old west, but if you were on one of those utterly moronic playing cards you would surely not be stupid enought to expect the US to give you $15M for shopping your boss. And just who exactly is going to complain, or fight on your behalf, if they don’t pay up?

I expect the families of American (and British) servicemen are overjoyed at this mature policing strategy. Maybe Mr Bush has seen the success this kind of aggressive policy has had in settling Israel down. More seriously, is there enough coconut in the world to make a $25 Bounty? I hope it’s dark chocolate: it would be a waste otherwise.
