NTK reports that the UK government havepostponed the EUCD after many comments on the Patent Office's consultation document. If you commented on the document, or made your MP aware of the issues, or did anything to stand in the way, then take a brief moment to feel proud. If you didn't because you didn't know about it, take a moment to read up and know why people were complaining. If you didn't but you meant to, then remember next time that you can't always rely on someone else taking up the torch on your behalf... -----
