Doesn’t work in IE7. Fail. Fix this.

We use sorttable.js in one of our applications. And we ran into the
problem detailed in the bug “doesn’t work in IE7”. Fortunately for us,
we don’t keep documents viewable that have a create date
before 2000, so as a hack I just commented out the code that does the
y2k check and now it works in IE7. I just wanted to let you know
so maybe you could add that to the bug page and people that don’t
need the y2k part can comment that out and still use the date sort.
